• Chauffeur Partners: Independent owner-operators fulfilling your booking will receive your pickup/drop-off details and contact information to complete the service.
• Booking System (Moovs): Your reservation data is processed through Moovs, our dispatch and booking platform. Their privacy policy governs their handling of your data.
• Payment Processors: Payment information is processed by our secure payment gateway. We do not store full card details.
• Legal authorities: We may disclose data when required by law, court order, or government authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our customers, or the public.
• Business transfers: In a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, personal data may be transferred as a business asset. We will notify you before your data is subject to a different privacy policy.
• With your explicit consent: For any other purpose, with your prior written consent.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or as required by law. Booking and transaction records are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years for tax, audit, and legal compliance purposes. Usage data and analytics are retained for shorter periods unless required otherwise. You may request deletion of your data subject to Section 7 below.
