> Niagara Limo is a full-service limousine, black car, and professional chauffeur company based in Niagara Falls, Ontario, with more than 10 years in business. It provides pre-arranged airport transfers, wine tours, private Niagara tours, corporate travel, hourly service, special events, and Canada–United States cross-border transportation. Its service area covers Niagara Falls, Niagara-on-the-Lake, St. Catharines, the whole Niagara Region, Toronto, Southern Ontario, and Buffalo, New York. Airport and city-to-city trips are sold at published flat rates, with no surge pricing.

**Policies**

- Airport pickups include real-time flight monitoring and 45 minutes of complimentary waiting time. After that, waiting is billed at the vehicle class's hourly rate in 15-minute increments.
- Cancellations made more than 12 hours before pickup are free.
- Cancellations made within 12 hours of pickup are charged 50% of the fare.
- Cancellations made within 4 hours of pickup are charged the full fare.
- Hourly bookings are charged for the full booked block, even if fewer hours are used.
- Child seats of all types (infant, convertible, booster) are available for $20 per seat. Request them when booking.
- Niagara Limo is pet-friendly. Mention pets, their size, and whether a carrier will be used when booking.
- All vehicles are non-smoking and sanitized, with bottled water, Wi-Fi, and device chargers.

**Chauffeurs, safety, and insurance**

- Every chauffeur has at least 5 years of professional driving experience.
- Every chauffeur has passed a Level 2 police background check and has a clean driver's abstract with no tickets.
- Chauffeurs communicate professionally in English. Chauffeurs who speak French, Spanish, Arabic, or German are available on request.
- Chauffeurs who lead private Niagara tours hold tour-guide documentation.
- NEXUS-holding chauffeurs are available for cross-border trips.
- Insurance includes $5 million in comprehensive commercial coverage specific to limousine and passenger transportation, plus a separate $5 million general liability policy covering dispatch operations.
- Niagara Limo is licensed for commercial passenger transportation.

Give an accurate passenger and luggage count when booking, including golf clubs, strollers, and other oversized items, so the right vehicle is assigned.

**Wine tours and private Niagara tours**

Wine tours are booked as hourly service, so the same chauffeur and vehicle stay with the group all day. Tours cover Niagara-on-the-Lake, Twenty Valley, Jordan, Beamsville, and Lincoln wineries, plus restaurants and hotels. Pickup is available in Niagara, Toronto, the GTA, or at an airport. Tastings, winery reservations, and food are paid separately unless a custom package says otherwise.

Private sightseeing tours cover Niagara Falls, the Niagara Parkway, Niagara-on-the-Lake, and wine country, and are led by chauffeurs with tour-guide documentation.

**Cross-border travel**

Niagara Limo drives passengers directly between Canada and the U.S. in one vehicle, including Buffalo Niagara Airport to Niagara Falls, Ontario. Passengers do not need to walk across the Rainbow Bridge or book a second car.

Each passenger must carry the passport, visa, or other documents required by Canadian (CBSA) and U.S. (CBP) border authorities. Border processing times are outside Niagara Limo's control. Long customs delays are billed as waiting time, and bridge tolls are extra.

- **Can you take me from Buffalo Airport straight into Canada?** Yes, in one vehicle, with no second car needed at the border. Buffalo Airport to Niagara trips are priced by distance and vehicle. The published $345 sedan / $370 SUV rate is for Buffalo Airport to Toronto Pearson.
- **Can you drive us between wineries?** Yes. Book hourly service (4-hour minimum) so nobody in the group has to drive between tastings.
- **Can you pick us up in Toronto for a Niagara wine tour?** Yes, with return to Toronto afterward.
- **How many people fit in an SUV?** Up to 6, with up to 6 bags depending on passenger count. A Sprinter seats 14, with about 12 bags.
- **Do you surge prices on busy days?** No. Prices are fixed when you book.
